OM4 Patch Cord

LC to SC duplex OM4 multimode fiber optic patch cable is laser-optimized, high bandwidth 50µm multimode fiber (LOMMF) cable for use with 40G/100G Ethernet applications. This LC to SC OM4 fiber patch cable features an extremely high bandwidth of 4700MHz*km, providing more than double times bandwidth over 50/125µm 10G OM3 multimode fiber -2000MHz.km. The OM4 fiber patch cable was explicitly developed for VSCEL laser transmission and allowed 40G link distances of up to 150 Meters or 100G link distances of up to 100 Meters. This cable is entirely backward compatible with your existing 50/125 equipment as well as with 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. OM4 fiber patch cable gives the cabling infrastructure user better performance to support longer distances or more connections. It provides a cost-effective way of avoiding expensive single-mode 40G/100G transceiver optics.
